Set in its own grounds this charming two bedroom villa sleeps four adults plus two children on a comfortable Sofa bed, in the lounge.
Bedroom 1: Sleeps two people. This room has twin beds, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The window has traditional shutters
as well as air conditioning to keep the villa cool, but once opened gives a nice view of the gardens towards the sea.
Bedroom 2 Sleeps two people. This air
conditioned room has a built in wardrobe and a small set of drawers. It has traditional shuttered windows which offer a view of the barbecue area and garden.
Living Room: The living room has seating for six people, there is a television with
DVD player (with over three hundred DVD's), as well as English satellite channels. You can also use the DVD player as a CD player if you wish. A small selection of books and local guides are also in this room.
This room is air conditioned for your comfort.
Patio Dining Area: This glazed enclosed space has a scenic view towards the Mediterranean Sea. It has room for 6 people and is a splendid place to congregate in the evening.
Bathroom: The fully tiled bathroom has a full sized bath with shower
attachment, a basin, w/c and automatic washing machine.
Kitchen: The kitchen features gas cooker, large fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, plastic pool crockery, and various cooking
utensils

Notes to the rental
rates
The house rental price is for up to 6 people staying per week.
Time of arrival and departure
Obviously we need time to get the Villa ready between guest visits, so the Villa
will be ready at 14:00 and you should leave by 10:00am on the day of departure,
however we do recognise that where the Villa is unoccupied but being cleaned
(after 10:00am) it is useful to be able to put your luggage in the Niya, (the
glazed part at the front of the Villa), you can also make use of the Pool after
your long journey.
